Stainless Steel Deep Well Pumps Production Line—–Submersible Pump Production Line

This is a production line for stainless steel deep well pumps, covering raw material inspection (stainless steel), precision machining, motor & seal assembly, performance testing (flow, head, IP68), surface treatment and packaging. Key equipment includes assembly line, CNC machines, laser welders and test benches.

I. Core Production Process & Description
1. Raw Material Incoming & Inspection
- Core materials:304/316/316L stainless steel plates; O-rings; submersible motor windings.
- Inspection items:plate thickness / flatness, bar straightness;non-conforming products shall be returned directly.
- Equipment:ultrasonic thickness gauge, hardness tester.

2. Precision Parts Machining Stage
- Cutting:Laser cutting / water-jet cutting for stainless steel plates;band saw / CNC cutting machine for bars;sorted by model.
- Pump body / diffuser casing:CNC lathe turning, CNC machining center milling / drilling;multi-stage pump shell welding (laser welding / TIG welding).
- Impeller:Precision casting / 5-axis machining;dynamic balancing correction, weighting / de-weighting;surface polishing (Ra ≤ 1.6 μm).
- Pump shaft:Solid stainless steel bar turning → grinding → spline rolling;heat treatment strengthening.
- Automation configuration:Robotic arm loading & unloading, truss conveyor line, MES system for machining data traceability.

3. Motor & Seal Assembly Stage&Final Assembly Line
- Stator coil inserting, vacuum impregnation, and drying for submersible motors;rotor dynamic balancing;bearing press-fitting;motor shell welding and sealing.
- O-rings coated with lubricant to prevent scratches.
- Stacking of multi-stage impellers and diffusers, pump shaft installation;flange connection between motor and pump head, cross-uniform tightening of bolts.
- Air tightness / hydrostatic test (pressure holding at 1.5 times rated pressure);rework for non-conforming products.

4. Complete Machine Performance Testing Stage
- Deep well simulation test bench:Test flow, head, power, efficiency, noise, vibration;record full-working-condition curves.
- Insulation resistance, withstand voltage, leakage current testing;IP68 immersion test (autoclave / deep water tank).
5. Surface Treatment, Packaging & Warehousing
- Overall pickling passivation / electrolytic polishing;anti-fingerprint treatment for stainless steel surface;sealing of motor outlet.
- Labeling of nameplates and certificates;bubble film + carton + wooden pallet.
- Final appearance sampling inspection before warehousing.
