Double speed chain conveyor (also known as differential speed chain / accumulating conveyor) is an automatic conveying system with free flow, accumulating and precise positioning functions.
The speed of the tooling plate is 2–3 times that of the chain, which is suitable for batch assembly, multi-station stopping, heavy-load and precision conveying.

1.1 Working Principle
Driven by a constant-speed chain, the roller diameter of the tooling plate is larger than that of the chain rollers.
The combination of roller rotation and chain translation makes the conveying speed 2–3 times faster.
Stoppers allow the tooling plate to accurately stop (accumulate) at stations while the chain keeps running, without affecting the whole line rhythm.
